LITTLE SIMZ DUE TO RECEIVE CULTURAL INNOVATOR AWARD AT BFC FASHION AWARDS 2025

The British Fashion Council (BFC) will honour award-winning Artist, Little Simz, as a Cultural Innovator at the Fashion Awards 2025, at the Royal Albert Hall on December 1st 2025, presented by Pandora.

This is a prestigious award, given to those who over the course of the year have had a profound impact on the fashion industry and wider culture. Little Simz, is a true inspiration, the youngest curator of the Southbank Meltdown Festival (Grace Jones, David Bowie have been previous curators).

A driven artist, she distributed mixtapes in school and went on to gain early recognition as Breakthrough Artist of the Year at Giles Petersonโ€™s Worldwide Awards, independent Album of the Year at the AIM Awards for her debut album A Curious Tale of Trials + Persons (2015) and has gone on to be awarded a BRIT, Mercury Prize, MOBO and Ivor Novello.

She continues to shine on the screen, starring alongside Cillian Murphy in STEVE, following her debut in the Netflix Series Top Boy. Go on to congratulate her in this achievement. A true inspiration for where drive meets ambition.
