LONDON FASHION WEEK AW26 WRAPS

London Fashion Week (LFW) Autumn/Winter 2026 (AW โ€™26), presented by OMODA closed on Monday 23rd February, 202. Under the leadership of Laura Weir, CEO of the British Fashion Council, show fees remained waived for designers presenting physically on the main schedule.

Tolu Coker, received a Royal visit from His Majesty King Charles III, at the open of London Fashion week, with none other than Little Simz performing in the show, wearing a striking blue Tolu Coker suit. Yaku, transported the audience into the next chapter in the RPG world, continuing the series from previous seasons, incorporating dance and a theatrical performance to complement the structural garments.ย

Selasi, debuted showing this season and E.W.USIE showed digitally and physically as part of the BFC NEWGEN scheme. LABRUM, pared back the showcase this season, continuing the Osmosis theme from last season, in a new light. Jawara Alleyne and Onalaja also showed.

Nicholas Daley, launched a pop-up in the foyer of Mason + Fifth in Westbourne Park showcasing his SS26 collection. It continues until March 4th 2026, bringing together community.ย 

The Designer Showcase was debuted in the BFC NEWGEN Space at Studio 180 from Friday 20th to Monday 23rd February. A new platform spotlights designers at the forefront of British Fashion and foster commercial success by connecting them with local and international industry experts. Many of the participating designers have progressed through the BFC Foundations scheme, including Ahluwalia, E.W.USIE and Nicholas Daley.ย

Principal Partner of London Fashion Week AW26, OMODA, debuted their Model 7 at Fashion Week. Parking a berry coloured car in partnership with Roksanda, outside the BFC NEWGEN Space at Studio 180 and a striking chrome one, allowing members of the public to interact with the car and get a feel for the interior.

A city-wide celebration took place, including the Selfridges LFW Edit, launched on 18th February and the Topshop x John Lewis Piccadilly Lights event, launched on 19th February with an exclusive performance by Ella Eyre.

Dover Street Market hosted a BFC Jewellery Showcase,  showcasing a selection of BFC Foundation Designers and BFC Designer Members and British Vogue and Nike took over the Corner Shop at Studio 180 from 21st to 22nd February 2026. Chioma Nnadi, Head of Editorial Content at Vogue hosted Anna Wintour, senior editor of Vogue on Sunday 22nd February 2026.

Elle Collective Members were able to attend a BFC x ELLE Collective Panel Discussion โ€˜The New Rules for Breaking Throughโ€™ with panellists Bernie Yates, Lecturer at Central Saint Martins and Foday Dumbuya, Founder and Creative Director of LABRUM London.

The BFC hosted a dinner with the British Film Institute on the run up to the BAFTAS, linking in the film industry into Fashion week. 

The British Fashion Councilโ€™s official partner OMODA, official partners Blank Street, Mayor of London, The Londoner, TONI&GUY, UK Government and official sponsors Honor, Karl Lagerfeld and Ocean Outdoor helped make the season spectacular.
