HONOURING EAST AFRICA’s MARATHON LEGACY

Adidas Originals x Wales Bonner Collaboration; a reflection of endurance and resilience with a vintage feel

Adidas Originals and Wales Bonner Spring Summer 2024 collection was inspired by the legacy of East African marathon runners. The shoot took place in Iten, Kenya, featuring Adidas runners Emmanuel Wanyonyi, Bethwel Yegon, Nelly Chepchirchir, Charles Simotwo, Cornelius Kemboi and Barselius Kipyego.

Shot in a vintage feel by Vivianne Sassen, the collection includes bright tracksuits, colour blocked three striped t-shirts, patterned shorts and khaki outerwear adorn athletes

The SL76 shoe with Vintage mesh and suede runner is available in two colour ways, yellow with black stripes and light blue with black stripes. The Samba millennium has two unique heels; one leather and the other blue pony hair.
